I know I have been away for a while.

I am back with some news, what started as a beautiful hobby now is my bussines and my greatest passion, I enrolled to school last summer following a dream, and just got my Nail Technician licence from the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology, I am over the moon!.

It has been a long road full with joy, fun, frustration and some tears too. Thanks to all my fellow bloggers for your comments about missing me.

Sally Hansen Salon Effects After 10 Days!

Hi everybody,

This are the new Sally Hansen Salon Effects that I tried, and I am happy to report that I had them on my nails for 10 days! Yay!.

You can see the growth in the pics, not a nice look.

I really can't believe this this is the longest I wore a nail polish on my nails, I did all kind of things (did dishes, cleaning and lifting), and even broke my thumb nail :(, working on my new nail polish stand :), but they just slightly changed color on tips one day before I removed, I think there was some chemical reaction there maybe oil or something that I had been in contact with.

In my humble and honest opinion they are great!, I just wish they could be less pricey.

I was really slow when I put them for the first time I know ^_^, but I am sure I will get faster next time :) (I hope).

Removal was the same as glitter nail polishes in general.

Thanks to all the girls who left the nice comments, I read one comment saying she just put them in 20 minutes :).

What about you, how long did you wear them and thoughts, recommendations?

Mac NC41 LE Studio Fix Fluid " Phantom", my rant.

Hi everybody,

Well yes I've been chasing a phantom, I have been stalking mac online store for 5 days now(day and night) looking for the studio fix fluid in nc41, and this is so confusing, does fluid fix nc41 LE exist?; So it was like sold in front of my eyes? Wtf?

I saw all the raving for January 6th as the release date for Mickey Contractors collection, and I got caught on it, (I hate you marketing people).

So I was there just ready to push the button (rushing adrenaline), and all I saw all the time was "coming soon", every time I click to buy it!.

So my investigation started. I chatted with them, and they told me, "we don't know what is going on with the coming soon thing", please call the 800 number, and I called they say they are out and they will have more in like a month, is that a game??.

What's the big idea mac??.

That was the only product I was so exited about, because nc40 looks white on me, and 42 too orangey.

A the end they just told me (today), "sorry, it's sold out!"

Right now I am just wondering if it ever was for sale?, probably in my dreams.

I am so upset right now, mac will be in the dog house for a while.

End of my rant ^_^.

Les platico que he estado jugando al correle que te pillo con el maquillaje de edicion limitada aqui en USA Mac studio fix fluid nc41, que parece ser una buen aopcion para las chicas de piel bronceada.

Y estoy muy enojada, despues de dias de estar al pendiente para comprarlo en su tienda de internet (fecha oficial de venta Enero 6), me salen con que a "chuchita la bolsearon" y ya no hay.

Osea que enfrente de mi narices se fueron todas, pues que se los crea su abuelita, pues si yo me la he pasado mas de tres dias y noches esperando poder comprarla y lo unico que siempre me aparecia era "a la venta pronto".

Caramba! que coraje Mac estara por un tiempo en mi lista de malportados.

Fin de mi berrinche ^_^.

Sally Hansen Salon Effects Bling-It-On

Hi everybody,

I had the chance to try the new Sally Hansen Effects, I know you girls were intrigued as I was in finding out how they perform.

Well it took me around 2 hours to do both hands, the result was very nice, but hubby told me I can do the same look with plain glitter nail polish ^_^.

I set up my work area, sat at my manicure table-lamp as close as I could to warm up the strips and my fingers, I think some heat is good as it gives them some stretch, but you have to be careful, too much heat can also break them, because they kind of melt :(.

I chose the Bling- It- On design which I thought was going to be like metallic foil paper covered with glitter yay!, but was surprised to find out that they were just a layer of thin plain pink glitter polish.

No surprises here , the box says" Real Nail polish strips" ( I have to remove the minx word from my head) .

The polish strips look a little transparent , but ones in the nail doesn't look transparent at all.

The final result was very pretty and eye-catching as the very pretties pink glitter nail polish, was very difficult to capture with my camera, I took so many pics :(, but they don't do justice.

It is much prettier than it looks, and very very shiny!.

I have to say that I put top coat only on tips to somehow seal the strip, I had some trouble making them stick at the tips of a few fingers, and I didn't want to waste my almost 10 bucks to see them peeling the second day :( no way Jose! ^_^.

Also make sure to clean well the nail plate with some nail polish remover without-oils, to make sure you have a non-oily clean nail bed, I used zoya nail polish remover as a prep and clean.

Today it's the second day , and I am reporting they are still very nice , did the dishes, washed my hands several times yesterday and today and still in good shape :).

I will keep them as they are, and I will report to you how many days they can last on me.

Now my little list of pros and cons for you( my personal experience, and honest opinion);

Pros

They are very pretty , they come in several designs, all very fashionable.

Very shiny.

If you found them BOGO (for buy one get one free), get them!.

Easy" if you practice and have a steady hand", need to place them very in the center to cover all nail bed uniformly .

Cons

Expensive (9.99 plus tax) for 16 strips, so only one mani (what?) for a (box) set.

They came in 6 sizes, the smaller size was too small for my pinky.

The instructions that came with the box are bad.

Work in a warm area, like close to a lamp

Avoid touching the strips with your fingers on the side that make contact with your nail bed, I used a pair of long tweezers, but at the end it didn't work very well so I ended using my fingers just to hold the all strip from the very end just to place it centered .

If you think they are super easy and fast to apply the first time , they are not, so make sure you have plenty of time :).

El dia de hoy les muestro como se ven puestas las tiras de Sally Hansen Sallon Effects, las cuales se ven lindas, aunque un poco tardadas en aplicar, que les parece el resultado?.

El post en ingles es un poco largo, asi que si tienen alguna duda en espanol porfa envienme un emial y les explicare mas ampliamente, la clave esta en aplicarlas calentadas para que se extiendan mejor a la una, por lo que use mi lampara de mi mesa de manicure como pueden ver, tambien eviten tocarlas con las manos por la parte de el pegmento.

Punto malo;Traen solo 16 tiras por lo que solo sacaran un solo set :(.

Punto bueno; Puestas se ven hermosas ^_^, si las encuentran en barata no duden en comprarlas.

New Sally Hansen Salon Effects and Swap.

Hi everybody,

This is a quick post to let you know that yesterday I found a brand new untouched display of the New Sally Hansen Salon Effects at my local Walgreens yay!.

So it is official they are out for sale!, so don't forget to check them out.
I was always curious about minx nails so this is a great alternative, we will see how they perform.

They retail fot 9.99 and they are atbuy one get one 50% off, so I've got this two :), Bling it on (pink glitter) and Laced up (lace) .

I just open the boxes, and it wasn't easy as the label just doesn't open right, and I ended up destroying the clear film using a knife s you can see:(.

Also the first impression is they smell strong it's not a nail polish smell more chemical thing :( weird.

Anyway, as you can see they are so pretty and there are lots of designs, I am sure we will be finding pics of displays very soon.

El dia de hoy tuve que postear rapidito que ya han salido a la venta ''Sally Hansen Salon Effects", que no son mas que delgaditos pedazos de esmalte secos que se adhieren a la una, y que vienen en variedad de disenos y colores, yo escogi dos como podra ver un rosa glitter y otro que parece encaje.

Los compre en la tienda Walgreens, se venden por 9.99 dolares.
Pronto subire un post para ver que tal funcionan y que tal se ven ya puestos.
En otra nota, hice un trueque con You Nailed it!, y ahora ya tengo mi primer esmalte magnetico yujuu ^_^, ella tambien me mando una linda tarjeta que me grado mucho.

Savvy Femme Couture "Garland" swatch and comparison

I have a small haul from Sally's using my 15% off coupon, and I had to get Savvy fc "Garland" ($3.99) probably the only jewel of this collection.

''Garland" It's a fabulous vampy green that I thought could have a dupe on my stash, but no ladies, there is not a dupe for this one at least that I know of.

Below pic in the sun.

For a quick comparison check the pics below of the closest ones I own, also I was wondering for a while if CG "Jolly Holly" could be a dupe for Sally Hansen "Emerald City", gladly found that nope, they all are unique.

Check this month Sally's flyer, the Stripe Rites are on sale for $2.99, the asp acrylics are on sale too, so I bought the small liquid and clear powder to play with :).

I also found some Sally girl glitter for .79 cents yay ^_^.

El dia de hoy comparto unas pequenitas compras que hice en Sally Beauty Supply, tenia mi cupon de descuentos mensual asi que lo use y no pude evitar comprarme el color "Garland" de Savvy femme couture, es un color verde vampiresco, muy lindo.

Hice una comparacion de los tres verdes mas cercanos que tengo para ver si podrian ser identicos y como pueden ver no lo son, los tres son unicos.

De izquieda a derecha China Glaze "Holly Jolly", Sally extreme wear "Emeral City", y Savvy ''Garland".

Chequen su local Sallys , tienen los Stripe rite en rebaja , encontre el glitter rojo de Sally girl por 79 centavos,y el asp acrylic esta en rebaja tambien, he comprado el liquido y el color tranparente para experimentar ^_^.

My Crackle experiment, and great news from CG!.

The pic I'm showing you today is my last try to achieve a crackle look using a toothpick ^_^, not bad , but really messy :(.

But no more messy tries , I am so happy with the great news from China Glaze, releasing not only one crakle, but six, yes! six colors to have fun with, they will be here in Feb 2011.

El dia de hoy les muestro una foto de mi ultimo intento para lograr el efecto craquelado usando un palillo, pero no mas intentos terminando con pintura por todos lados ^_^.

This is Sally Hansen "Purple Gala" from the 2010 fall collection, the pics don't do justice, It's a deep purple base full of gold, copper and silver glitter that looks awesome under sunlight.

This color is so festive, and eye catching ^_^, can't stop looking at my nails.

I've read that there is a close color to this one, and it is Hard Candy " Mr Wrong", I don't own that Hard Candy but "Body and Soulbeauty blog" did a great comparison here.

Hi everybody,

I am back after all the celebrations, my Birthday and Thanksgiving ^_^.

I want to show you my swatch of Sally Hansen Extreme wear ''Concrete".

First pic with flash, second pic with day light no sun :(.

I am in love with this color, this one was the first to catch my attention from all the collection ^_^, but back then I was looking for the famous "Mystic Lilac", so I passed this one the first time, but I am so glad I grabbed it at the end :) yay!.

This is the most beautiful creme lavender-gray neutral color, looks different in different lights, I love it!.

The formula like most Sally Hansen Extremes is kind of weird, you have to be fast or become goopy :(.

Lately I have been at my Sally's very often, looking for a special one ^_^ , with no success :(.

Every time I am there, I stopped and stared at these beauties, they are the Savvy Femme Couture 2010 Christmas Collection.

I found very similar shades comparing to CG and Orly, like a deep green, vampy red, just red, well check the pic so you can see better, they retail for $4.49.

I think I will wait until they are going price reduced for sale to try some colors, what do you think?

Today I want to share some Mid Fall nail art made with the awesome Orly " Rockin' Rocket" as base, and some spots covered with Finger Paints "Holly Good Times".

I tried to stamp with some yellow nail polish, but didn't come out as I wanted, so I ended up stamping the leaves with a gold color ^_^.

The new reloaded ''SKY'' from Hard Candy.

Hi everybody,

This is the new reloaded version of "Sky" from Hard Candy!, I bought it last week at my local store.

It's a lovely baby blue with very interesting subtle blue shimmer, click on pics to see it better.

Difficult to capture in the sun, but really pretty!

Three coats for nice color, application a bit streaky, I've heard that this version is much better than the oldie one, as the old one was kind of matte.

So if you always wanted to try this famous color now it's the time ;).

I did a little shopping, and I bought this nail polish as an option for CG short and Sassy, which I didn't snatch when available.

I am so happy with this color to me it looks sexy and elegant, formula was so-so (little heavy), if you have finger paint polishes you know what I mean ^_^.

So, all I need in my hands is a glass of good Bordeaux wine, it's nasty outside here in Ohio :(

Tip; Did you know? Sally's now carries the nail wheels yay!!

I went yesterday morning to my local Sally's and, wow!! all the new collections were out!
Shopping tip: If you buy 3 Finger Paints they give you a free wallet (you can see mine at the back "purple" color), with this month's flyer cupon!

Here are the colors I chose, most of the formulas are ok.
Finger paints winter wishes was very thick , and Orly meet me under the mistletoe needs three coats, other than that all of them were pretty nice!.

My All soul's day mani :), I got inspiration from sugar skulls yummy! ^_^, origynally I was going to do it with withe nail-polish, but I found an awesome vid from Pinkynailsart that shows how to make sugar skulls with acrylic, yay!!

This Halloween pumpkin mani is my entry for Chez-Delaney contest, my sister in law loved it, so I did her nails ^_^.

The Day of the Dead (day of the deceased)or (day of the departed) or (All Soul's day).

In Mexico we celebrate with a big offering of food (all kinds of food,candies, flowers, candles and lots of drinks) for our souls, our dear family and friends that we've lost.

On these special days of the year Oct 31, and Nov 1, 2, 3, they are coming for a visit :)

This is a "Indian" poem from North America, which reflect perfectly the ambiance of this day :

I know, I know you have seen enough of this, but this is my take on it ;).

I have never thought I will say this but totally don't like the formula of this one, was a pain to apply (very glumpy), and somehow the finish was matte?!, I had to put a good Top Coat , after all the hassle and cursing ^-^ very nice glittery color but than again chipped after a few hours :(.

I would probably not buy it if I had known this before, but I got caught with all the hype, oh well.

Unas compritas que hice en la tienda Sally's.
Compre los tres colores de la coleccion Hlloween de China Glaze, el esmalte Sally Girl fosforescente, un esmlte Savvy que estaba en rebaja, un soporte-limpiador de brochas, unos parches de emrgencia para unas despostilladas, y unas latitas de decoraciones que estban en rebaja.
y las fotos de mi mani usando China Glaze "Ick-A-Bod-Y", el cual al final da un color con brillos espectacular , pero la verdad que no me gusto nada la consitencia de este esmalte, me costo un trabajo enorme la aplicacion y a las 3 horas ya tenia una descarapelada, si lo hubiera sabido antes habria evitado comprarlo, en fin :(.

Hi everybody,
Lovers of eyeliners enjoy this post.
Here is my take at this two famous fabulous brands, as I promise on my tiny haul post.
No bla, bla today ;)

Left Clinique Brush-On cream/gel eyeliner 0.17 oz., price $14.50

Described as Creamy eyeliner brushes on deep, smoky, eye- defining color.

Long wearing, waterproof , formula comes complete with a mini eyeliner brush. Ophthalmologist tested.

Pros:

Cute tiny brush.

Matte finish, good pigmentation .

Thin to thicker lines.

Works super good with my sensitive eyes!

For a smoky eye effect smudge while wet (Personally never tried that) I prefer to use an eye shadow for that effect).

Easy removal with a makeup remover towel

Cons:

Could work better with a bent eyeliner brush (I don't have one).

You have to be fast as it dries fast, close the jar very tight after every use or product will dry.

Difficult to clean mistakes.

Sometimes a bit of a waste of product when working to get the right amount.

Takes a little bit of practice, but easy at the end.

Have to clean the brush after every use, because product somehow will harden on it :(

I tested for 9 hours over" Too Faced "benefit eye shadow primer , and just smudge a bit on oily area.

Overall Smudges a little bit after wearing for at least 4 or 5 hours.

Described as A jet-black liquid eyeliner with maximum staying power.

Pros:

Dries Shiny very nice pigmented black color.

Don't know how hard will be on cleaning this one if making mistakes, I just got the line so perfect at my first try.

Nice small good quality tiny brush allows to make thin to thicker lines.

Works super nice with my sensitive eyes.

If you are good working with tiny brushes, this is so perfect!, If you are new to brushes, or don't have the experience, It will take a bit of practice, nothing difficult as the brush helps a lot with the application.

Easy to achieve cat eye look, for day or night.

Easy removal, with a make up remover towel.

Cons:

expensive.

less product.

I tested this one too for 9 hours over Too Faced benefit eye shadow primer , it's still perfect , and bright black!!

Overall I love it !!

Hey everybody,

A quick post to let you know I found these Sally Hansen beauties at the Dollar Tree.

My total was $7.00 +tax, a great deal (like .50 cents each bottle!!) a Bonanza! ^-^

I will say most of this colors are old versions, I will guess when they changed to their new look they put these out for sale as sets! ^_^.

I tried the formula of a couple of the prisms and it's great!

Hi everybody, just to share my tiny haul from Ulta.com

I took advantage of the buy 25 dollars and get free shipping, so after saving some money this is what I got;

From Left to Right Benefit Magic Ink eyeliner 20 dollars, I have been trying so many brands from cheap to expensive ones, the one I use now is Clinique gel eyeliner works pretty good for me so far, but I miss the use of a good brush eyeliner like old times ^_^, I have read great reviews from this eyeliner, so I invested in this one.

I will update how it works comparing my clinique eyeliner to this one.

Next Solar Cuticle oil by CND $7.50, very famous, and yay made in Mexico ;)!! I will let you know how it works for me, I also have several oil cuticles and balms, that I will share with you for a fun comparison.

Essence nail art in blue .99 cents, I can tell you right now that I don't like it :(, the brush is very flimsy, color ok not very pigmented, oh well.

And last one Powder Room nail polish remover by Butter London (I've read good and bad reviews of this one), $5.00, I am in the hunt for not so bad smelling acetone removers I hate when they make me sneeze, and this one smells really good, like baby powder!, I haven't tried yet , love the little bottle so feminine :).
I will let you know how it works for me.

Hola chicas les comparto unas compritas que hice en la tienda online the Ulta.com

De derecha a izquierda Benefit Magic Ink, precio 20 dolares, he usado muchas marcas de delineadores baratos y caros, y el que uso y me gusta actualmente es uno de clinique mas adelante pondre la comparacion.

Aceite para cuticulas Solar Oil de CND, es una de las mas famosas entre las profesionales, me encanta que es producida en Mexico :).

Delineador de arte de Essence, este no me gusta la brocha esta muy floja , el color no muy pigmentado pero solo me ha costado 99 cetnavos de dolar asi que ni modo.

Y por ultimo, el removedor de esmalte Powder Room de Butter London, he estado en la busca ultimamente de un removedor que "no" sea tan apestoso y que no me haga estornudar , y he leido acerca de este , les puedo adelantar que huele muy bien como a talco de bebe, ya les hare saber que tal me funciona.

Thank you to my friend Mayra from Manicure Latino she discovered that some of the colors work like charms and are so affordable!, about 2 bucks at walmart or rite aid ;)

So let's share the love for Petites, all toghether now...! ^_^.

El dia llevo Zoya Yasmeen + disco konad m64, y les platico que uno de mis esmaltes favoritos para estampar es "Pink Crush" de una marca que se llama Petites y que se puede encontrar aqui en USA, ya sea en walmart o farmacias, y que ademas de ser super barato funciona perfecto para el estampado.

This is a quick post, here are the pics of the comparison between Hard Candy "Beetle" and Orly " Space Cadet".

In the bottle you can see Orly has some how bigger shimmer, but on the nails they look EXACTLY the same!!, SO YES this is a Dupe!!.

Edited: The formula of this Hard Candy is amazing, super nice!!

It's been a while since I did my first purchase from the online store.
So I did my second purchase couple weeks ago, and I ordered the Superb " Yasmeen" from their regular collection, also got their famous Zoya remover+, and omg!!! they sent me the super pretty nail plates from the last 2 collections free! yay!!.

Hi my nails today are short :(, after painting walls at Dad's house all week.
I bought this Sally Hansen" Plum's the word" at walmart only 6.50+tax, love the color, love the brush.
If you like Opi "Metro Chic'',or SH "Commander In Chic"(dupe), or "Rimmel Steel Grey"(perfect dupe).
You have to check this one, a dusty mauve creme soft color , perfect for Fall!.
To me it's the version of metro chic for tanned skin.

El dia de hoy llevo puesto el color ''Plum's the word de Sally Hansen'', un suave grisasceo obscuro ciruela, y con uñas cortas despues de pintar la casa de mi suegro toda la semana :(.
Este esmalte me costo 6.50 en Walmart, y me encanta este color , la brocha es gruesa ayuda mucho a la aplicacion.
Si les gusta Opi metro chic, o Rimmle Steel Gray o Sally hansen Commander in chic, les sugiero que chequen este color para mi es el "metro chic" perfecto para las pieles bronceadas.
Hice el estampado con disco Bundle monster.

Orly Lunar Eclipse, Cosmic FX collection.

Hi everybody I am back to blogging, greetings to all my fellow nail-bloggers and readers.

I have on my nails Orly "Lunar Eclipse" (two coats with out the door top coat) nothing but Awesome, looks like foil nails in person!!.

They claim that they are infused with crystals for a multidimensional shine, and really this color delivers, to me it is a unique color (Blue with pink).

They are a little bet pricey ($7.99+tax) Ohio, but if you haven't had the time to check them out please do.
I bought mine at my local Sally's.

El dia de hoy les muestro el color "Lunar Eclipse" de Orly, viene de la coleccion Cosmic FX, un color Cosmico-Fantastico ,yo diria que hasta metalico (Azul con tonos morados) en la foto dos capas con out the door topcoat).

Esta un poco caro pero vale la pena completamente (7.99 dollars+tax) aqui en Ohio.

Si aun no lo tienen tienen que checarlo en persona, yo compre el mio en la Tienda Sally's

Hi everybody,

Today I want to share something that most of you know already (or maybe not), that little trick that makes our mani look so much nicer on the pics and to our eyes, like a mani made by the best nail technician.

I discover this little trick a the beginning of this year thanks to our dear Megan from Little Music Boxes blog, she posted a gorgeous tutorial on how to do that.

I've always admired how perfect she has her nails done, and the super great pictures she takes.

So I ask her a while ago for her permission to explain her method to my Spanish visitors, she agreed.

I think now it's the perfect time to do it before I go on vacations for a couple of weeks ;).

El dia de hoy quiero platicarles de un truquito que a principios de este 2010 aprendi gracias a el lindo blog de Megan '' Little Music Boxes".

Le he pedido a Megan su permiso para traducir las instrucciones basicas al espanol, de cualquier manera cuando vayan a visitar su pagina y vean las fotos, lo tendran aun mas claro, ella muy amablemente accedio a darme luz verde.

Gracias querida Megan por compartir con todas nosotros este secreto de belleza!

Este post lo dedico con mucho carino a mi amiguis Pao de Only my curly world, que hace poco preguntaba como es que las gurus de por estos lares lograban crear una cuticula mas limpia y ese look tan perfecto, bueno Pao aprietate el cinturon y vamos al grano ^_^!.

Primero explicare y al final dejo el link para que visiten a Megan y vean las super fotos de su tutorial, sus fotos hablan mas que mis mil palabras :).

Lo que se necesita;

Area de trabajo super protegida, con plastico , cortar una bolsa de plastico y si se puede cubrir con un carton o toalla vieja mucho mejor.

Herramientas:

1_ Acetona 100% pura,
Hay que tener mucho cuidado usando acetona 100% pura, cuidar el area de trabajo ya que es muy corrosiva, para el desecho de la misma si es que no se nos evapora al tiempo de trabajar, lo mas recomendable es desacernos de ella absorviendola con una servilleta de papel y tirarla a la basura o dejarla reposar en algun lugar para que sola se evapore.

2_ Un pincel, hay que probar varios, hasta encontrar uno que no sea tan suave ni tan duro, podemos probar con pinceles para pintar o con los que tengamos a la mano, Megan encontro el pincel perfecto en un pincel para aplicar sombras de ojos de la marca ''EcooTools", ella dice que le gusta mas porque absorbe mas acetona que los demas, la acetona lo va a desgastar rapidamente entonces si podemos tener un repuesto mejor.

Ahora que ya tenemos lo basico hay que encontar un vasito de vidrio o un recipiente pequeno de ceramica para contener nuestra acetona, atencion! no se recomienda usar ningun recipiente de plastico.

Hay que tener a la mano una servilleta de papel o kleenex para evitar la acumulacion de el pigmento de el esmalte, limpiando el pincel de vez en vez sobre la servilleta o kleenex.

Aun usando este metodo necesitamos ser mas precisas cuando aplicamos el esmalte, tratar de no llegar hasta la cuticula inclusive con la base o la capa de encima (base and top coat).

Osea no hacer un batidero como se dice en mi tierra ^_^.

Asi nos sera mas facil limpiar las sobras para lograr ese look perfecto!

Algunas veces nos sera imposible porque algunos esmaltes de plano no se dejan manipular, entonces sera mas dificil de deshacernos de esas excesos en las cuticulas.

Los esmaltes bien pigmentados son dificiles de limpiar (como pesadillas) y los que tienen glitter tambien, asi que hay que tener cuidado en ser precisas y limpar inmediatamente osea lo mas rapido posible

Los esmaltes cremosos y los que llaman jellies son los mas faciles a limpiar , ah y tambien los obscuros.

El cuidado de la cuticula es importante, empujar muy suavemente a cuticula una ves por semana basta, ademas de mantenerla bien hidratada.

Es recomendable usar las gotas de aceite de secado rapido o el spray para que cubra toda la una y hasta la cuticula inmediatamente, consentir a las cuticulas es vital porque despues de la acetona pura quedaran muy secas y deshidratadas.

Podemos empezar a limpiar cuando hayamos terminado de pintar los 10 dedos osea con el esmalte aun humedo o dejarlo secar si se prefiere (20 minutos), aunque Megan recomienda hacerlo aun humedo y antes de aplicar la capa de encima o top coat.

Siguiente paso mojar el pincel en la acetona, sacandolo y al mismo tiempo haciendo ligera presion de un lado sobre le vasito para retirar el exceso de la misma.

Ahora muy suavemente jalamos hacia afuera el exceso de piel con nuestro dedo indice o medio de cada una de nuestras unas y comezamos a limpiar las ranuras laterales y cerca de la cuticula cuidadosamente hasta lograr el efecto deseado.

Ahora ya podemos aplicar el top coat o capa de encima rapidamente, asegurandonos que la acetona se ha evaporado completamente para que el esmalte no se nos encoja.

Una ves limpias todas la unas con pincel y acetona y cubriendolas con el top coat claro esta!, habra que lavarse las manos con agua y jabon muy suavemente, aun nuestro esmalte podria estar fresco y lo arruinariamos.

Inmediatamente despues mientras nuestras manos se sinten humedas hay que super hydratar nuestras cuticulas nuevamente, ya sea con nuestra crema de cuticulas, crema de manos o aceite para cuticulas, esto nos dara resultados maravillosos.

Bueno que facil parece no?, pues la practica hace al maestro asi que a practicar de ha dicho!!

Ahora las dejo para que chequen el link y las fotos prometidas yo me quedo haciendo mis maletitas me voy de vacaciones el sabado por dos semanitas, nos vemos pronto de regreso ^_^.

I went a couple of days ago to Marc's, and just passing the aisle saw them at 6.50, I was with hubby so I couldn't stop to play around.
I just have one Opi so for me it was like is this a good or too expensive price?! :(.

But after reading in Swan blog about the prices, I visited Marc's again this afternoon and guess what I found yay!!, some of them (maybe three or four colors) are on sale for 3.50!!!
So if you have yearnings for Opis go and check your local Marc's!
I got this "Mother Road Rose" it is one of the colors that are on sale.

A very neutral mauve color with smooth shimmer, looks very pretty under the sun!

Finger Paitns Blyssfully blue.

Hi girls!
Just a quick post to show you one of the colors from Finger Paints "Heavenly Miracles " Spring collection 2010.
This one it's call Blyssfully Blue, a creme Baby(pastel) Blue.
Difficult to apply ( I guess I have to add some thinner in the future), and the brush didn't help.

Probably not the best color for my tan skin tone, but god I love this color :)

La formula es bastante dificil de manejar un poco pesada , probablemente habra que anadirle un poco de disolvente thinner para trabajarla mejor, la brocha no me ayudo en nada, igula y le cambio la brocha a ver que pasa :].

Probablemente no el mejor color para mi piel morena, ah caray! pero este color me fascina!:).

Tutorial Convert your scraper thanks to Mayra!

Hi everybody! Today I am going to show you how you can save some money, these days you know it's kind of difficult, so if you still have that metal scraper that scratches all your nail art stamping discs, I will show you how to convert them to a safe, soft, tool guaranteed not to scratch!
I know some of you used the old plastic card already, but there is a way to make it better!

Here is the tutorial on how to convert it to a plastic bladed scraper;), which won't scratch your discs anymore!, and will look cute :).

Hola chicas, el dia de hoy les comparto este proyecto de como convertir su raspador de metal en uno de plastico y ahorrarse unos centavitos, gracias a Mayra de Manicure Latino que fue la creadora de el primer raspador de plastico casero ;), y que me dio permiso de compartir su idea en este post.
Se que algunas de ustedes ya usan la tarjeta de plastico para hacerlo , pero como veran con algo de tiempo se puede convertir en raspador mas bonito y coqueto.

Let's start,
Here is the metal scraper that I want to convert.

Este es mi raspador de metal que quiero convertir.

Here are the tools we are going to use.

Aqui pueden ver las herramientas que vamos a usar.

First step, remove the blade from the scraper very gently, with a pair of pliers. A gentle, even, pull on the blade is all that is necessary.

Primer paso saquemos con las pinzas la navaja jalando muy suavemente.

Here we can see it's almost out.

Measure the width aproximately and mark with a pen on our old plastic card.

Medimos la navaja aproximadamente para dar el ancho, y marcamos con una pluma.

We are marking the height also which is aprox. 3/4 of an inch, and proceed to cut.

Here you can compare sizes between the blade and the piece of plastic.

Aqui podemos comparar las medidas entre la navaja y el pedazo de plastico que acabamos de cortar.

Now we start to work on the small piece of plastic, starting to file in order to erase all the paint and make it thinner, also we begin to sharpen one edge which will become the scraping edge.
NOTE: The whole process is going to take around 2 hours so make sure you have plenty of time, and energy, at the end you will be happy with the results.

Ahora comencemos el trabajo de limar, vamos a empezar removiendo la pintura de el plastico para dejarlo liso y delgado especialmente la parte que va a ser el filo de nuestra nueva navajita.
NOTA; Todo el proceso lleva un tiempo de 2 horas minimo, asi que tengan en cuenta el tiempo y tengan suficiente energia y paciencia, al final estaran contentas.

Continue filing, use a course file to start, and a finer one to finish the edges of our new plastic blade.

We are almost done finishing the sides, no paint must stay on our new blade, a little bit more filing it's necessary still.

Now we need to sharpen only one edge to a 90 degree angle, like a razor blade.

Now we cut some of the plastic off, I am cutting just the painted part, as you can see, still plenty of room to keep working.

Now I've removed the little extra paint in order to make the blade thinner to fit into the upper part of our new scraper.

Here it is our new blade yay!!!!, Now, just the finishing touches.

Aqui ya tenemos nuestra nueva navaja superr!!, ahora solo nos queda afinar los ultimos toques.

We need to check that it's square, let's put it flat on our table to see. If we've made it just a bit larger we can file it really smoth to make it square with our smoothest file.

Ahora necesitamos checar que esta correctamente nivelada, la ponemos de pie en nuetra mesa parta checar eso, si notamos que esta un lado mas largo que el otro, lo limamos muy suavemente tratando de nivelarlo con la mas fina de nuestras limas.

We check here that is going to enter correctly into her place.

Checamos aqui que la medida es la correcta, entra muy bien en el espacio.

Ah caramba!, I noticed mine was still larger on one side, so I have to go back and file to square it up.

Perfect!! Almost done!

Listo!! ya casi terminamos!

Last touches to give a nice sharpened edge, mostly on one edge, remember that.

NOTE: At the end the size of the height our new plastic blade has to be approx. 1/3 of an inch before glued to the scraper, I notice the bigger the better works as a plastic blade.

Los ultimos toques para darle un filo bueno mas de un lado que de el otro.

Al final nuestra navaja de plastico debe medir 1cm al minimo antes de ser insertada en el raspador, he notado que de ese tamano se trabaja mucho mejor.

We grab our super glue and proceed to glue it! Pour glue on both sides of our new blade to enter the scraper.

Tomamos nuestro pegamento y se lo untamos a los dos lados de nuestra navaja para que entre en el cuerpo de nuestro raspador.

Put pressure to make sure it stays there, and dries a little bit.
Clean excess of glue on both sides with a tissue.

Presionemos para checar que se quede en su ligar y esperamos a que seque un poco.
Limpiamos el exceso de pegamento en los dos lados.

Voila!! ^_^ Right side our new plastic scrapper, price $0, our discs with No marks Yay!!!.
Left side old metal scrapper and disc with marks :( (no, we don't want that!) .

Hi everybody, I wish you a super nice day and night, here is my design of the day!.

I broke one nail :(, oh my! I got very upset and cut my natural nails short-short, so for this mani I am wearing some kiss nail tips that I painted in green and decorated them.

I don't have that famous fauxnad clover plate so I had to use my art brush.

I've got a new nail art brush from Sally's, works great!!, I recommend buying it if you like to do some free hand nail art. I used some acrylic colors, some touches of gold on the petals.

I added some green stones as well. I was afraid It wasn't going to look so good, but the final result makes me very happy!

"EDIT"- Sorry I forgot; I used the nail polish SH '' Emeral City" gorgeous, gourgeous green!! ,and cheap ;)

Hola a todo mundo el dia de hoy se celebra el dia de San Patricio grandemente por aqui, asi que tuve que inventarme este mani, use colores acrylicos y mi brochita de arte (he comprado una nueva brocha en mi tiendita local de belleza que esta fantastica), al final unas piedritas y voila! lista para la fiesta ^_^

Ah y casi olvido, estas no son mis unas, me las corte bien cortitas ya que se me rompio una y la verdad me enoje mucho :(, para este mani use los tips de unias de Kiss que pinte y decore yo misma.

Today I have on my nails the only zoya I own :) .
My mom gave it to me with others that she didn't use anymore.
I searched for this color on the internet, but I couldn't find any info, even the bottle looks a little different that the actual bottles, my guess is about 10 to 12 years old ^_^.
Does anybody have any idea?
It's a nude bronze, probably not the best color for my skin tone, but I know now why these Zoya's are so famous, proudly from Ohio to the world( they are made in Cleveland).

Hola a todos mi visitantes, el dia de hoy les comparto mi primer zoya, estos barnices son muy famosos aqui, mi ma'(suegra) me lo dio junto con algunos otro que ella ya no usaba.
Busque algo de info sobre este color, pero no encontre nada, la forma de la botella es ligeramente diferente de la actual, adivino a que esta ya bien viejo como unos 10 o 12 anios ^_^.
Alguien que lo recuerde?
Es un color desnudo bronceado, no el mejor que vaya con mi tono de piel, pero ahora se porque estos Zoyas son tan famosos, orgullosament de Ohio ( estan hechos en Cleveland) para el mundo :)

Today I have to share some random pics from Ohio 2009, family and friends always ask how is Ohio's winter time ^_^

He subido algunas fotos para compartir con mis amigos y familia de lo que es Ohio en invierno ^_^Esta es la vista desde la puerta trasera, pueden ver aqui las estalactitas de hielo que cuelgan del techo.

Alimentamos a las aves y a veces a las ardillitas como esta ^_^ que salen a buscar comida en este hostil y frio invierno.

En esta foto desde el interior de la cocina pueden ver las estalactitas que bonito brillan con la luz.

Y por ultimo ayer le corte la grena a mi baby ^_^ a puro tijerazo(termine bien cansada), luego le pasare la maquina, aprendi a hacerlo yo misma despues de saber que aqui cobran como 35 dolares el casquete corto ^_^, esta manana le tome esta foto aun con pijamas.

Today I am wearing two coats of Sally hansen xtreme wear num 40 ''Purple Pizzazz'' from the new collection.

This is an awesome cool purple with a pink soft shimmer color that it was so difficult to capture with my cam (It is so much pretty and purple than in the pics).
Weird you can see my nail growth in this pics ^_^

I use SH mega shine as a top coat, and I didn't make any stamping or design because to me in this case less is more.

Este es un lindisimo purpura frio con sutiles destellos rosados que mi camara desafortunadamente no logro capturar( en persona ase ve mas purpura que azul)
Lo raro es que se puede ver el crecimiento de mis unas en estas fotos ^_^ sabra dios!

Estas fotos son con dos capas y mi top coat Sally Hansen mega shine, no intente estampar o hacer ningun diseno sobre este color ya que me parece que en este caso menos es mas.

Our mail box is down :( We had a bad accident in front of our house a few days ago, nobody got hurt thankfully just a car upside down ended up in our yard after going too fast on the icy road.

Hi everybody, my mani of the day is from my first OPI yay!! an old bottle that Mom gave me!, she didn't use it.
I found out that Matterhorn Mauve is from OPI's Alpine Collection of Fall 1993 (wooow 17 years old!?).
Now I know why Opis are so famous, this nail polish is in perfect condition goes smooth and easy (though the smell was strong, but who cares).
The result is a beautiful pink.

Hola a todos mis visitantes, el dia de hoy les presento mi primer y unico esmalte OPI llamado Matterhorn Mauve, salio a la venta en la coleccion Alpina otono 1993 !.
Mi mama me lo regalo ya que ella no lo usaba y que grata sorpresa encontrar que la formula se encuentra en perfecto estado , ahora se porque son algo caros estos esmaltes, lo unico que note es que es un poco fuerte el olor, pero aparte de eso la aplicacion fue casi perfecta.
Les dejo comtemplar las fotos de un bello color rosa.

It only took 2 coats, to achieve the nice color, and voila!
For the stamping I used konad white polish, it was difficult to stamp close to the cuticle so I added a touch up with a toothpick to fill the little hearts.
If you are a Hello Kitty lover this is the disc you are looking for ;) I got it from the chez-delaney store.

Para el estampado use este disco que compre en chez-delaney store, fue un poco dificil estampar cerca de la cuticula ,asi que retoque el corazoncito con un palillo, y use el esmalte konad blanco.

Hello everybody, I want to thank you all for the nice comments and support, my lovely followers.

I have finally reached 50 followers , and I am very happy! ^_^, my first giveaway will be here pretty soon!

My NOTD (excuse the broken nail), is Sephora by Opi Domestic Goddess, It's a grape purple, with red undertones, that I won't repurchase.
Took at least 3 coats to reach a nice tone, chipped the next day even with my good top coat! :( .
Difficult to capture the real color on camera, anyway here are some pics.

Me gustan los purpuras pero este me tomo al minimo 3 capas y ya se esta descarapelando :(

Hi, today I wore the Very Seductive color by china glaze "Seduce-Me"!, they chose the name for this one so perfectly!.

It's a cream dark berry cool color with a blue base, sometimes you will look at your hands and think it's red, sometimes like a deep red, sometimes a beautiful berry...it depends on the light!.

Hola , el dia de hoy tengo puesto el muy seductivo color de China Glaze Seduce-Me, a este le escogieron el nombre tan perfecto!

Es un hermoso color frio cremoso color zarzamora roja, a veces cambia con la luz y se puede ver mas obscuro o claro.

For stamping I used the lovely nail art plate H41 from chez-delaney.com (check her store!) , and CG Passion, you can see the design inside the yellow ribbon, as one of my first attempts to master the method I missed the line on some fingers, so I added some dots with my dotting tool and gold strip color to cover that ^_^

Para estamparlo use el lindo disco H41 de Chez-delaney.com (chequen su tienda), y el color de CG Passion, pueden ver el diseno rodeado de la liga amarilla, como este es uno de mis primero intentos pues me fallo un poco en la linea y lo adapte poniendole unos puntitos con el puntero y el color dorado de Stripe ^_^

Hello my dear readers I want to sheer with you this gorgeous duo that I found lost in the hidden sale rack at my local Sally's, it was waiting for my there so lonely, it was destiny... ^_^.
I got it for only 3.99!, don't forget to check the sales rack at your local Sally's !

When I saw it at first I thought the clear polish was just a clear top coat, but the label says ''shake it up!''?, so when I arrived home I discovered it's hidden beauty!.

Hola, pues el dia de hoy comparto este hermoso duo que encontre algo escondido en el mostrador de rebajas de mi tienda Sally's, ahi estaba solito esperando por mi ^_^.
Y solo pague 3.99!, si tienen un Sally's cerca no olviden checar las rebajas!

Y pues a primera vista pense que solo era el esmalte verde mas un top coat claro, pero la etiqueta dice sacudelo! asi que cuando llegue a casa lo hice y descubri todo su esplendor!

Wow..!! I have to say that I love this color it suits my cool neutral tan skin tone so well.
I put 2 coats of Enchanted Forest and top coated with the gorgeous!! Prisma Gloss Gold.

Que lindo color una ves puesto!, puedo decir que si tienen un piel bronceada o morena clara este color les va a ir de maravilla a mi me van los tonos frios y neutros.
Y bueno este color me ha encantado, he puesto dos capas de Enchanted Forest y el top coat de Prisma Gloss Gold.

Hi everybody, this morning my lovely hubby ran out to check our mail box , and found this for me.
I ordered from Everyday Minerals , I bought the try kit before with the fabulous flat brush , but I hadn't found my shade yet, so this year I gave it another try, and here is what I got.

I have to say that they changed the website, but still the try kit is very interesting. I had an automatic discount and at the end I only payed 7.99 with shipping.

In the picture you can see to the right the old kit with the brown lids, and on the left the try kit for 5 dollars (four shades, tan), plus one blush sample, and a truffle shade sample, so in total I got 6 little cute jars!

Ya habia yo recibido en meses pasados el kit de prueba junto con la fabulosa brocha , pero el que escogi no le quedo para nada a mi tono de piel , asi que este 2010 me doy otro chance de probar este simpatico kit, aqui pueden ver a la izquierda las nuevas presentaciones con tapita blanca,( el kit tan-bronceadas, que son 4 diferentes tonos, por 5 dolares), y ademas ordene un tono mas, el truffle(2.50) y un colorete llamado new mom(2.50) que a las morenas nos va de maravilla, al proceder a pagar se me hizo un descuento de 4.99, y por todo pague 7.99 dolares incluyendo el envio.

Hi girls, I have some beautiful nail designs to show you. I bought them from "Never too much glitter", Etsy store.

I bought there because she donates a part to help animals,that touch me so much!! "I love animals".

I have to say I had short nails when I got them, so I was able to try one design on my nails (the paw prints ), I was so happy to see how beautiful they are.

Here I show you some of the designs, I absolutely love all of them!!, and specially the super extras she sent, like the Christmas model !!! and ones that change color with the sun!!

Jeniffer is super nice and a great nail artist!, as you can see.

La verdad estan Super Hyper bonitas , y el trato con Jeniffer fue mas que estupendo, ella es una chica muy amable y simpatica ademas de ser una gran artista en el arte de decorar y crear sus propios colores, inclusive me mando dos mas de regalito!.

Me anime a comprar en su tienda porque ella dona una parte de las ganancias para ayudar a los animales (yo amo esa causa).

Y me dejo boquiabierta con el diseno de Navidad que esta hermoso.

Hi girls, here I have the cute and cheap colors from Sally's only 89 cents with your beauty card!, and I got two from Claire's boutique ( one was 5 dollars, and the other was on sale for 1.25 ) never had one before, so I will try them.

Hola chicas, estos lindos mini esmaltes los encontre en la tienda Sally's solo a 89 centavos de dolar con la tarjeta Sally's!, los otros dos los encontre en la boutique Claire's (uno me costo 5 dolares y el otro estaba de rebaja por 1.25) nunca he tenido uno de Claire's asi que los probare.
The first one from left to right is "Hollywood", reminds me of "CG Fairy Dust", but with bigger glitters is really a nice winter Holiday shade.

El primero desde izquierda a derecha se llama 'Hollywood" , me recuerda al China Glaze " Fairy Dust", pero este es con brillitos mas grandesitos, esta lindo y acorde con las proximas fiestas.
The second one doesn't have a name but is strong fuchsia pink glitter, looks really more pretty than in the pic.

El segundo no le encontre el nombre, pero es un fuerte rosa fushia con brillitos , esta mas bonito que lo que aparece en la foto.
The third one is a new shade of mini sally's "#8 SHI", It's a cute dark glittery purple.

El tercero en un nuevo collor de la coleccion de mini Sally's llamado "#8 SHI", es un lindo obscuro purpura con brillitos multitono.
The fourth is anhoter mini sally's "2 cool " what a pretty pink with silver glitter!

El cuarto es otro mini sally's , que bonito tono rosa con brillitos plateados!

The fifth is a new color of mini sally's is a peach glitter (# 10 GL) , full with different shades.

El quinto es un nuevo color de mini sally's es como un duraznito , se llama #10 gl , y esta lleno de multitonos en brillo glitter.
And the last of this mini tiny haul "my fave" is just pink glitter "# 13 CH" so gorgeous I think I will wear it , with a purple blouse around my house ^_^

Y el ultimo es mi favorito , es solo glitter rosa y se llama #13 CH, que apropiado para las fiestas y una blusa moradita como es el color de moda por aqui( en mi casa^_^)

Hi, this is a very special color from China Glaze the very famous "Strawberry Fields" and I will say this color suits every skin tone, how wonderful !, it has smooth yellow-gold glitter, and I used the stickers from my dollar store haul. Still very simple and pretty!!

Hi, I just finished painting my bird houses for this winter, I hope birdies will find them cozy and warm.
I bought two of these at my local Michael's, one I repaired from last year and the "cold beer" one was a donation . I reinforced with screws everywhere I filled them up with some of my doggie hair ^_^ and some pine bedding, I give them a base coat of Allinee's " It' s ok to wash it" so they will resist the hard weather, don't they look cute?!

Hola acabo de terminar de decorar mis casitas para pajaritos , ojala que sirvan de albergue nocturno en este invierno, he comprado dos de estas en una tienda de manualidades , la tercera la repare , y la ultima" cold beer" es una donacion .Las he reenforzado con tornillos por todas partes , les he puesto una cama de pelo de mi baby (mi perrito ) ^_^ y acerrin , y las he recubierto con una base de un pegamento para ropa que se llama Aleene's y sirve para que soporte el duro invierno, se ven lindas no?

Hi I can't afford to have a heated birth bath for winter, so I improvised this one with a trash can and used the cover upside-dawn filled up with small stones( birds like to see the deep), and I had this beautiful visitor taking a quick bath ^_^

First Attemp to a French

Hi ,this is my first attemp to paint straight lines wich are always difficult with one of the old school methods, but I had to try it, so I shake the dust of my old ASP white manicure marker, and try the nice shade I found from my local drusgtore nail polish "wet&wild Mega Last" in "Lost Love"( I don't like the bristles,but is a really nice shade for a french) , and I ended with this, I know is not perfect but it makes me smile every time I look at it ^_^.

I have as a base coat "Nail Magic",(thanks to MANICURE-LATINO).
Top coat is the famous "Instant Artificials" from Salon Sciences.

Hola, este es uno de mis primeros intentos para lograr un bonito manicure frances, como es dificil para todas las que empezamos ah caray! pues que me animo y desempolve mi viejo marcador blanco de manicura ASP, junto con el color ''Lost Love'' de wet&wild que encontre mi farmacia local ( me parece un lindo tono para este tipo de manicure,lo unico malo es la brocha, la calidad no es la mejor), bueno en fin con lo que termine fue un manicure frances que me hace sonreir cada vez que lo miro ^_^.
Como base use ''Nail Magic" animada por MANICURE-LATINO.

Hi, I found this at my Sally's it was on sale for $5.49 , I think is a good way to try out the products before buy the full sizes, because I think they are a little bit pricey , I have heard about the ''Instant Artificials''(mimics the hardness of acrylic nails),so I tried on my next post, I have to say that I like it as a top coat, the shine is really good!, as far as durability I don't know, this is my second day and I have no chips so far.

Hola,el otro dia me encontre con esta miniversion de productos de la marca Salon Sciences en la tienda Sally's ,la chica me dijo que tenia descuento y lo compre por $5.49 dolares, ya habia yo oido hablar de ''Instant Artificials"( mimetiza la capa superior con acabado tipo acrylico), asi que me parece que esta mini version suena bien para probar los productos, y asi lo comprobe con mi siguiente post en el cual lo utilize como Top Coat( cubierta de encima), y debo decir que me gusto el acabado, deja un brillo lindo, no se si dure con la lavada de manos y todo eso , pero hoy es mi segundo dia y no se ha desquebrajado.

Hi, here is a pic of the chipmunk who moves to my garden for winter, she is very territorial and one time we saw her wrestling with a woodpecker ^_^ that was so funny because the woodpecker just shake her off of his back and flew away, we do no know if is a he or she?, but is really cute and loves treats!

Hola, aqui les dejo una foto de la ardillita que se mudo a mi jardinsito para pasar este invierno,es muy brava con su territorio y una vez la cachamos luchando con un pajaro carpintero^_^ fui muy chistoso porque el pajaro carpintero solo se la sacudio de su espalda y volo, no sabemos si es hembra o macho pero es muy linda y le encantan los bocadillos que le dejamos de ves en cuando.

China Glaze" Far Out"

Hi, today I felt like I had to try to do something with this cold Fall so I found my perfect shade CG 'FAR OUT' and I made this, enjoy ! ^_^

Things I used are below, ( I used a toothpick for the dots).
The brush is a Detailer USA, for painting the flower petals using the acrylic gold color which I found at Michael's, and I used the orange acrylic color for the flower center dots.

Hola, el dia de hoy senti que este frio Otoño me inspiraba , asi que me encontre con este lindo color de CG ''FAR OUT'' , y me invente esto, intentenlo! y ojala les guste tanto como a mi ! ^_^
Lo que utilize esta abajo (ah! y se me olvido poner en la foto el palillo que use para los puntos).
La brocha es un Detailer USA, para pintar los petalos use el color acrylico en Gold que compre en la tienda Michael's, y use el color naranja para el centro de las floresitas.

Hi, here you can see a couple of my dear visitors, you can see the male with the red head, females have normal head with black and white colors.
They come to look for their favorite treat, peanut butter mixed with suet. Aren't they beautiful!

Hi, I have been busy filling and putting out my bird feeders, here the birds are getting ready for winter. I live in the country and since I've lived here I've become a real bird lover, I found that they relax me so much, and make me smile every time I see them.
Yesterday I caught this Cardinal watching me over my kitchen window like asking me for more seeds ??? little piggies ^_^

Hola, he andado un poco ocupada colgando y llenando comederos para pajaritos, aqui las aves ya se preparan para el frio invierno. Vivo en el campo, y desde que descubri la belleza de estos animales me he vuelto toda un aficionada a observarlos, es tan relajante admirarlos y seguro que te sacan una sonrisa tan solo de verlos. Ayer atrape a este Cardenal observandome por la ventana de mi cocina , como preguntandome, a ver a que hora sales a llenar los comederos que estan vacios! eh ???, ah caray estos comen como puerquitos de engorda ^_^

The other day I run out to take a pic from a Monarch Butterfly in my yard wich I supposed was in a hurry to go to Mexico,It was cold over here!.That night I start to think in a way to attract more of this beauties to my little garden next year.

El otro dia sali corriendo a tomarle una foto a una mariposa Monarca que se detuvo en mi jardin se veia que llevaba prisa en su ruta hacia Mexico,ese dia hacia frio por aqui!.Esa noche me pase un rato pensando en que planta podria atraer esas bellezas mas seguido a visitar mi jardin.
